Time Warner Cable - Legacy → [TV] SUBSCRIBED option not working in GUIDE

Since I got a new cable box 2 weeks ago, I can't change the GUIDE to show my
SUBCRIBED channels.
It did work on the old box.

If I select SUBCRIBED, it only shows my channels as long as I stay in GUIDE.
The SUBSCRIBED icon isn't on the main GUIDE page.

When I exit and go back in, all channels are shown.

I asked this same question in the TWC Community Forum and received this reply:

"What is the make and model of your box? The SA model boxes with a C in the model number are the newer SA boxes. If you have an SA box WITHOUT a C in the model number the Guild Filtering does not hold! The filter you select for an SA non-C box only holds for that session.

The newest boxes are Ciscos, Samsung, Aris, and Motolorola. All of those will hold the guide filtering until changed by the subscriber. The SA model boxes, (both C and non C) are older boxes, but are the most widely given out. Some divisions will only give out the newer boxes if you subscribe to a Whole House DVR program, which costs between $10-$15 more per month, or an upgrade to Signature Home, which is $200 a month, with Triple Play Service with fastest Internet for your division, better techs, and a personalized phone number that you can call with no wait times. However, there are no premium channels included. To get the Premium Channels, it is $230 a month. But with Whole House or Signature Home Service, you will get newer boxes and more storage, but at a higher cost.

If you want the guide filtering to hold and you HAVE a C-model or one of the newer boxes and it is not holding. There may be something wrong with your box or signal. Call TWC and schedule a tech visit for signal and line tests. Specify that the tech should bring a box to test to make sure guide filtering works.

If the only thing wrong is the Guide Filtering not showing the filter type in the corner of the Time Grid-But the box functionality is OK. I would probably just leave things alone. You never know for sure the type and quality of box you are going to get, and this swap could cause a new set of issues. Remember that if it is an SA Non-C box, the guide filter not holding is that way by design."

My current and previous STB was a Scientific Atlanta 8300 HDC.

I think I'll just leave my STB alone. Or schedule a tech visit if I really start to
miss seeing SUBSCRIBED channels.
